I use it once a day in the 200mcg but a lot of people use the 100mcg dose. It keeps my spO2 at a good level and haven't had any flare-ups. Only troublesome side effects I experience is shaking in my hands. It's a lot less trouble than the 3 nebulizer drugs I use to be on. Be sure to rinse your mouth out thoroughly after use to prevent thrush. It is expensive but all COPD drugs are. As Michael mentioned, you may be able to get help from the manufacturer to lower the cost.

Hello Sunisbest, I use it and have not had any issues with it. It seems to help keep me from having so many flare ups. Some people have issues with Thrush from it. I know you can contact the manufacture to get some help with the cost.
