I had dentures made a couple of years ago and it went pretty dang well. I do have to say that when the Mould of my mouth was being made, I had to "meditate" because I am slightly claustrophobic. As far as breathing is concerned, I made sure all my medications were taken before the appointment and walking in with a positive attitude.
