WATER!
I also use a "flutter valve" and a Smartvest (trademark). The vest is the greatest thing for clearing my airways!!

I use prescription guifenisen which is basically Mucinex.

Use “Neil Med Sinus Rinse”, according to their instructions, 2x a day. Amazing results!

When I get congested I usually start up the Mucinex DM. If that doesn't work I call my pulomonolgist for something more potent.
