@A MyCOPDTeam Member. Good point about the obvious dangers of THC (delta-8 and βˆ†-9) but many miss the fact that little is known about how the (many) CBDs interact in the Body or with our regular meds too. There are over 60 CBD types and no one knows what they all really do.

This IS why I say NO:

Just Expensive Candy!! πŸ˜‰
Many users report a relaxing, stress reduced effect from products with the common "LEGAL" ingredients. I caution anyone who wish to use products with the ILLegal ingredients in the mix. DON'T.

IF you are considering giving these OTC products a GO because an advertisement says it will help your COPD in any small way - Forget about it!

There are other CB-x ( along with Flavenols and Phenols from other plants) which can help with inflammation and anti-inflammatory (aka anti-septic) action to improve our Respiratory passages. BUT much research needs to be done on how these lesser known HEMP and other ingredients could work TOGETHER. For example, Caffeine is helpful to our Respiratory system. But dare NOT ask your Doc if you can drink Coffee all day with her permission!

You may find it more practical to look for tinctures which include ingredients such as Ginger, Turmeric and Mullein leaf to help with some relief from congestion and mucus. The CBD oils will likely give you a good night's sleep - at best.

thank you so much, no I shan't try them. If smoking was hard enough to stop I dread to think of getting hooked on gummies even for a good night's restπŸ˜‚
