COPD here as well currently on Breztri, Montelukast and Albuterol as needed. Has anyone tried Fisetin, Panax ginseng, NAC or Quercetin to open the airways?

Hi Drew. IF the goal is mucus control (reduction) then staying HYDRATED is my GO-To method btw far. This daily routine ranges from water to tea to juices and fruits. Watermelon is the best with plenty minerals and liquids to boot. That said, every Body's mucus level will vary throughout the day, indeed.

As for additives, you might find powders and tinctures containing Turmeric and Ginger to be the most helpful. Many healthy food dishes include these ingredients as well. While you didn't mention the common Muscinex, some have reported success with this OTC med. But there are many cautions to be had regarding some of it's secondary ingredients.

In my search today, I also found a tincture containing NAC (at Walgreens) - probably the only known supplement approved for medical use with our Condition.
Except for water! 🚰
be Well.

Some herbs don’t agree with me, everyone is different. Some like Quercertin for allergies. And NAC for lungs. Ginseng makes me hiper. But it’s all individual.
