Yes, more difficult 'out there' for me, also. I suspect, in my case, my anxiety goes up when it happens away from home (the safer place). And for me, when my anxiety goes up, I have more trouble with my breathing getting back on track. So, I try to address this first, if I possibly can. Never really had an anxiety problem, until this.....

I sit, take deep breaths and allow my lungs to catch up and relax. I'm a mover, I get up, do what has to be done and quite frequently I overdo my lung capacity. Not the smartest action I take, however, I'm a finisher. I start something, I want to finish it, or it will drive me nuts just sitting there.!

This happens to me all the time when I am going out. It is definitely anxiety for me because my home is my safe haven.

The same for me as well. I have thing's to do, so we (my wife and I) head out , do what ever we have gotten done and head home.

Yes, I got pretty scared as I could not completely get my breathing under control while I was out.
