Talk with your doc and get a referral to a goood counselor who can help with anxiety. Meds do help, but I think it's best to use them to learn how to manage your anxiety.

I know I take clozapam for anxiety.I get the shakes some days but I don’t take anything for it at this time . But I agree talk to your Doctor or Nurse good luck. Ken
