When Your Prescribed Oxygen Do You Use It All The Time Or As Needed?
Thank you... I didn't know that. I'm learning every day
Unless your Pulmonologist and DME provider are in the same network, you probably won't see the Rx in there (myChart). It is likely buried in your hospital discharge orders. Those cover a lot of ground after a ICU visit.
But the DME has one, for sure. It's a loose process, indeed. Just ask your Pulmo to update it with DME and keep a copy for yourself.
I have my chart also...I looked under my prescriptions it wasn't there I will look again it might be somewhere else

Hi all. I'm back and just silly as ever. I had such a good life when I had one. I never needed oxygen because I stayed on the motorcycle all the time. And I'm sure glad I did. Best memories you can have. Always got plenty of air. You guys will have to be patient with me. Got a new tablet, broke my iPad. And I have never felt so stupid in my life. I thought a new phone was bad. I want the rotories back. I love living in my head now cause it's so empty but sometimes you need just a little bit up there. Hope you have all been good while I been learning. I wrote along post agΓ’in but as usual I lost it. Someday I will get better at this.
