Does Anyone Get Really Shor Winded When They Bend Over? If I Squat Down Not So Bad But .....

Bending over can really make a difference if you have COPD.......you do get sob because you're squeezing the diaphragm.

Well I have a hiatal hernia and acid reflux so I don’t know if it is COPD or that, but yes.

Yes when you bend over you compress your diaphragm and such

Yes I get very short winded every time I bend over and not sure why but I'm on home oxygen and perhaps bending over cuts off oxygen supply,love to hear anyone else have this problem thx
