Is There A Time Of Day That Your Sat Rates Go Lower Than Desired? When I Am Having A Bad Air Day It's Usually Early Am To Pre Noon.

I have not, but since you know your 02 sats go down at those times, you can turn the 02 up and then down again. Talk with your doc; preferably take him the sheet on which you've kept track with dates and times.

Actually, 2 am and 4 am are times when my o2 sats tend to plunge (82%, even 79%) so badly that I wake up. 30 min of oxygen help. Sometimes I drag myself to the stationary bike to get circulation up and running again. EXERCISE. Then oxygen again and I can sleep, mostly
