Doctor Oz Says He Can Fix COPD With CBD Gummies,, Has Anyone Tryed Them To See If They Do As He Says.
CBD gummies have no effect on COPD. They certainly can help with anxiety!
He’s gaining money from them. CBD helps a bit with anxiety and sleep, some inflammation. I’ve been taking them for several years. Who knows if they help our lungs. Certainly not a cure all though.
Sorry Larry. I do a lot of research about what ails US with this Respiratory condition. I have found nothing that says ANY of the CBD products can help our Lung condition in any way. Regardless of whose picture is on the bottle. The parts of the plant which can really help would have to be smoked to do any good. My Doc says don't do that any more.
SO, instead I buy stock in that new COPD pharma company that came out a few months ago. Now, I feel better already. Take a look at VRNA if you're really a gambling man.
be Well.

Hi, @A MyCOPDTeam Member.
I swear by CBD, but I use the oil-filled capsules from The Vitamin Shoppe as I can’t stand the taste of the gummies or other edibles.
I also swear by the Quanta brand CBD topicals on my chest or feet, and loved everything except the high price.
If you go into a cannabis Dispensary, they will recommend appropriate doses based on your height and weight, and the issues you describe. THC is the marijuana or hemp-based product which contains the psychotropics and may be forbidden in other states due to its psychotropic nature, and CBD is the non-psychotropic product that is legal in all 50 states and territories.
You can get the product in locally-made edibles, including chocolate, infused drinks like coffee, etc.
The biggest issue is that you need to:
- bring cash; most Dispensaries don’t use / aren't allowed to use the banking system
- check your list of current medications to see if anything doesn’t work with both
- let your anxiety doctor know what you’re doing in case they have advice
Locally, I’ve used dispensaries to figure out what I like or don’t like, after starting my shopping adventures when traveling to Las Vegas, before recreational was legal here. In general, I take 200 bucks to the dispensary when shopping, at a minimum, and I stick to CBD-infused and away from THC-infused edibles.
Please note that they all try and give you bonus bud (smokeable marijuana), but you can explain that you have COPD and barter for the bonus item to be a topical or edible vs a smokable sample product.
Don’t hesitate to google via Yelp! to figure out where dispensaries are located, read the reviews for safety, and then pick a day to go exploring. Many dispensaries advertise in your local papers like Metro, and some websites also tell you which days are best for any discounts or senior specials.
Don’t get upset if they take and photo your driver’s license, only giving it back to you as you’re leaving. They are seen as a “nuisance” business in some jurisdictions, similar to liquor stores, and because they deal in cash, the counties where they operate make them keep lots of records about who was in their store and what was purchased as part of auditing the taxes they collect from the businesses sales.
Good luck !
