Yhe staging of your COPD is something you can ask your doc about. Frankly, it doesn't matter as the staging is mostly for docs to give them guidance regarding appropriate treatment. It depends on your FEV1 and the exacerbations you've had as well as being sob and fatigued. What stage you are doesn't define you either as a person or as a patient.

I also have same problem and diagnosed stage E COPD. The best course which helped me is one respule mix of budesonide and fermetorol at 6 am and then 6pm. In India, it comes by the name NEBZAMART FB. PL. TRY IT.
