How Would Sea Level Help With Sever COPD As Apposed To Being At 5,000 Ft.

You find that you use a lot less 02 at sea level than at 5820. If you use 02 at altitude you ight not need it at all at sea level. The higher the altitude the more 02 you need.

@A MyCOPDTeam Member🙇‍♀️🙌 I am a firm believer in a lower altitude is better than the opposite. I’ve lived in many different places and I know from experience that
873 feet is much easier to breathe in than 5820’ . That’s why I don’t move back to Colorado where I grew up.
Sea air is better than not.

not sea-level but sea air its the salt air helps breathing I have experience it. Breathe easy every one

We moved this year to the southern Oregon Coast and breathing is much better. I think part of it is lower altitude, sea air and less smog.
