When you get sob, your brain sends the available 02 to the most important places in your body, mainly your heart and brain and unfortunately the bladder and urinary tract aren't very high on the list. If you can slow down and get your breathing settled, that might be enough to reduce the urge to urinate. Wearing pads and carrying exgtras isn't a terrible idea.......

Yes Irene, happens to me all the time!! It freaks me out. I’ve not made it to the toilet more than once, Ugg! I do panic and don’t know why. I don’t even have to go that bad till I start panicking, then it’s coming, ready or not! I’m going to speak with my doc about some anti-anxiety meds., something! It drives me crazy! Good luck finding something that works for you.
Have a good day and breath EZ🌺
