Breathing Difficulty At Rest
I m getting an unexplained breathing difficulty while I sit around reading or watching TV. Surprisingly I am alright when having some physical activities. I am an established CPDT patient controlling with medication and inhalers.
Have you thought about why this might be happening? Has anything changed in your living area, such as new furniture, carpet, upholstery or the like? Do you have a pet now that you didn't have before? Has someone added a candle that is burning, or even a plug-in scent? If you can't think of something that's changed in you living space, you might mention this to your doc.
Hi Bala
Its always better to see your GP first, just in case you medication needs adjusting ,if your are having problems with your breathing.
Secondly try relaxing and slowly your breathing down, breathing through your nose as well..
Are you maintaining good posture whilst watching tv.etc.
Some times people eat big meals and that can speed up your breath. So small meals please.
Try more physical exercises and less watching tv etc, please don’t over do it.
Above all nasal breathing is very important,it provides a natural drug called Nitric oxide, which is body’s dilator of your breathing tubes and your vascular system.
You only get that through nose breathing.
Hope this helps and also I will remember you in my prayers and that will make you better.
Take care my friend.
