When we had problems we just started ordering them every week. I would make it my mission to be active enough to use the oxygen fast. They got tired of doing it so often and now we have about 15-20 delivered each time give or take 1 or 2 but then we call earlier and get the 2 delivered and 2 days later called to re-order. I changed companies because Aria was horrible. I am on oxygen 24/7/365 so I want enough to be able to do things. Also sometimes the doctor's offices can call and get it going. When I was in the hospital for zephyr valve placement I got hooked up with someone's daughter who works at the company. I don't need that now but it's good to have. So hospitals can be a good go-to resource as well. Good luck. I know how much it sucks to deal with those companies. They are messing with my lifeline and it is not negotiable. I hope.

They aren't delivered at all, or they're the wrong ones or too many or not enough???.......maybe some specifics might trigger an answer besides calling your DME and finding out what the problem is. I'm sure others have had the problem, but your best bet is to start with the office that delivers them. If you don't get satisfaction you can work your way up the ladder until you find someone with decision-making capability.
