I Know It Isn’t Usually Recommended But Does Anyone Use Low Dose Xanax For Copd Related Panic Attacks?

Yes I do. But I usually just need 1/2 a pill. I don't use it all the time, only when I am having a panic attack trying to get ready to go out. I have also been showed breathing treatments to help relax me and my lungs.

No. I'm sure it would work, but I prefer to learn how to manage and control my anxiety so I don't have panic attacks, or if I do that I can talk myself down without medication. I don't like relying on meds; I take enough stuff as it is!

Yes I do it does some what ease the panic. There is liquid which works asap, I tolerate the pill form more. Hope it helps you.🙏
