If you have 02, use it in the shower; that will help a bit. A shower chair and a handheld showerhead can make showering a lot less daunting and you will definitely be less sob. Can'gt help you with the shaving.........🤣

I switched to an electric shaver so that is not a problem anymore but the shower is still an issue don't know how to resolve this one. Ernie

Shaving and showering are the two hardest things for me to do. Leave me SOB and wore out.

I agree that takng my cannula into the shower made a big improvement.
