Although seasons change, I have found online a free workbook to plan a lifestyle with COPD. I made my own notes instead about how I plan to manage my life from talking to my doctor, my medicines (mostly 3 inhalers, nebulizer and heart pills). These notes tell me what my triggers are, how I avoid those and what to do if I have an exaspiration. If exasperations are happening often and my medicines work, that's very fine. Or, I use my nebulizer, O², Home Bi-Pap mask and call my doctor. I'm always thinking positive and set easy, non-physical goals. I believe COPD Health can improve and lead to some kind of healthier living for a much longer lifetime ahead. I'll let you go for now. I hope everyone has a breathe ez weekend and future too

Thete are a lot of aroma therapies that provide relief. I use a few drops of wintergreen in boiling water loosens my airways & i can breathe much better but there are all kinds of different oils & herbs that will do the trick. Good luck & happy breathing.

When go for car ride, to get to car out of breath. Just sit & relax & take my inhaler fast acting. In house all the time except when go to family Dr. & get blood work done. Nancy...Ontario
