I don't think so. Not drinking enough water certainly can, so be sure you drink enough to stay well hydrated.

No, @A MyCOPDTeam Member. It may be linked to other medicines you’re taking, or to a lack of hydration. Are you moving around enough, and are you drinking enough water? Inquiring minds want to know, LOL.

Low Oxygen aside, my suggestions to resolve this would be similar to others here though - Stay Hydrated!

Simple answer..
No, O2 does not cause constipation. However, some meds do.
