How Helpful Is Pulmonary Rehab?
I have stage 3 copd and am scheduled for rehab this month. Has anyone had good results with better lung function after doing it?
Exercise is the very best thing you can do for yourself after you've quit smoking. A PR program is a good way to get started, but remember, you can't start, make progress and then expect that things will remain right where they are. Exercise is something you'll do for life. It may not improve your FEV1, but it will make the lung function you have much more efficient and it will build your stamina and endurance, both essential for good functioning. If you exercise regularly, you can maintain a good level of functioning for a long time.
Thanks!!
Hello I am new here and from UK I did attend PR it was a six week course twice a week, I felt so very much better after it, I also attended another course a few later, then did one during covid online, every one I did I was very pleased at the results, felt a lot better and also had more stamina or energy, any oportunity that is offered please take it, you will be very surprised and happy. I have had copd for about fifteen years now. very good question thanks.

Just Wondering
Has Anyone In The Group Used A Vibration Board For Working Out? I'm Curious If It Might Be A More Approachable Way To Work Out?
