The answer to your question is it depends. POCs are not standardized and deliver very little 02. The maximum 02 that any POC delivers is 1.26LPM; that's the Inogen G-5. That's pulse dose only, so if you require more than 2LPM, chances are good that you won't be able to use one very successfully. Go to this link to get complete and accurate information about the POCs that are approved by the FAA: www.runningonair.org/POCs. There is no single POC that is "best" for everyone. One final caveat: try before you buy. Otherwise you could end up with a very expensive doorstop.

For what kind of 02? Liquid, electrically produced by a stationary concentrator, tanks, portable 02 concentrator? The answer's completely different depending on what you're talking about. A little more information is required, please!
