In my comparison, our Lungs are like the engine in a car. For lubrication, water (fluids) are the key. Both breathe in Oxygen to make the power to GO. Staying hydrated "helps our COPD" by keeping the mucus thinned and blood pressure lowered. Many people complain about shortness of Breath due to being congested. Some medicines reduce water in the body too. Unless your Doc is saying differently, it's worth a try. ACV helps replace electrolytes in the body which can cause a problem if they get out of whack too. We are a fine-tuned machine ( and running on empty), and every body is different indeed.
There are real doctors on the YouTube site talking about ACV, but this guy has a funny take on things:
What is ACV in addition does drinking all this tea help your COPD?
Pardon the confusion. A small amount of ACV goes a long way. Less than a teaspoon in a cup of tea. Or mixed with the others you mention. Pineapple is noted as great for tamping a bad coughing spell. Ginger IS very good to drink as a tea.. Also try Tumeric Oil in soups and stews. I drink a lot of tea - π« DAILY.
