My sinuses bother me a lot too and my nose gets plugged up with dried blood, so I've been using various nasal sprays plus a steroid spray from my pulmonologist. I do have humidifiers in the house and also a Trilogy that seems to help some.

I did some research on using the air Physio fits on your nebulizer so you can also use it that way perhaps you get more medicine in your lungs that way. You cannot do that with the Breather.

I have an air Physio It enables you to cough up mucous when properly used I have no complaints

I have "The Breather" probably basically the same thing, supposed to do the same. I have found taking a mucus pill or Musinex works just as well.
