Has Anyone Tried CBD If So Does It Help
Hi I’m in Trimble have peak flow meter reading of 180 and sometimes I just get so fed up of struggling to breath has anyone tried CBD and found it if any benefit
After I used it for about a week, I could truly tell an immediate feeling of
less pain in my back and legs---I use the Delta 8 and 9--it has a small amount of thc
in it and that is the best thing I have found for sleep--not groggy or druggy feeling
next morning. I order from Hometown Heroes--they give proceeds to Vets and I like
the gummy Sativa- Henny
I have tried CBD gummies without THC and with a small amount of THC. I find the ones with a small amount of delta 8 THC help with my arthritis and anxiety, when I’m more relaxed and in less discomfort I naturally breath better. I also use a trick learned from my nicotine gum- bite in half and stick a piece on each side between your cheek and gum and let it melt. It is absorbed a little faster into your blood stream that way and doesn’t have to wait for your stomach to break it down. 😉
Keep breathing strong and keep a smile on your face!
Someone might return it!😁
I have tried multiple CBDs and they don't do much for my breathing.
However I have been taking "Mulan tea extract" for a while it seems to help quite a bit
I tried CBD for a month, which I thought would be long enough for it to establish itself and start working. After the month I found no noticeable difference, positive or negative, so stopped taking them.
