I use a air physo devise. It does help to make me cough up the junk in your lungs. I recommend this product!

Use the “search” feature, @A MyCOPDTeam Member, and find the posts referencing the “air physio” device.

Like the Aerobika or the Acapella lung flutter devices, they are supposed to exercise your lungs and help bring up mucus. @A MyCOPDTeam Member made a good post about 6 months to a year ago with links on how they are supposed to help, so go find that post for more information.

Frankly, the device can’t hurt and may help. Good luck.

I think it works. Just make sure to tilt it when you blow to make ball rattle
