Would Face Mask Type Work Better Than Nose Hose To Keep O2 Concentration Up?
A couple of nights ago I had a nose bleed. Took nebulizer hose out of nose put in mouth held in with gentle pressure from teeth. It seemed to work better than in nose. Has anyone tried this? Also oxygen supplier told me nose hose works better than face mask type provider? Any test results to confirm this?

I use a very small type ask that just fits over your nose
It really helps. My medi gas respirologist told me about them. However I only use at home not if I go out.
Hi oxygen face masks generally need more flow than concentrators can put out.
I find it harder to breathe when I wear a COVID mask, but am interested in finding out more about COPD mask. I have a Portable unit it is pulse mode, would be nice to get a continuous flo, easier to get used to.
