Hair Colouring. Is There A Hair Color Method That Will Not Trigger Her COPD?

I'd suggest that she talk with her hairdresser. If she's had troubles before, then she knows what doesn't work, and maybe her hairdresser knows something that could work. I'm guessing that anything with a strong smell is out, so maybe her hairdresser can do a little digging and find something that doesn't have a strong odor.
