I started using CBD oil several months ago. I am breathing easier and for me it has decreased pain, improved my attitude or emotional state, I feel that my chest is clearer and less mucus and coughing. It also seems to be improving the gastrointestinal distress I was feeling. Just be careful where you purchase CBD oil and ask lots of questions. Best place is probably a reputable natural health foods market. I checked with my doctor before starting and he approved. I have been told that CBD helps some more than others, so don't invest in a large quantity until you have tried it out.

Having had COPD for years now I find I reflect on what I could do previously and what I can do now thats like chalk and cheese I know age is somethingto do with it but I find the weather so depressing when you cant go out or do things you want to I prefer to keep myself to myself at these moments as I dont want to drag others down .I am normally a positive and jovial person but when it set in I try to find something to take my mind off things by doing something pleasurable We all have god days and bad days but this site is a god send as you know you will get support from other people who understand COPD Your not alone so think positive Look on the bright side we are still here if your reading this

Yes, I do. Have used for a couple of years when my doctor suggested trying for the pain in my foot/ankle from injuries/arthritis. Buy it from a local seller. Grows his ingredients at a local farm. All organic and no ThC - that’s the stuff that causes weird stuff. He also combines CBD with honey he also produces from his hives, and makes a salve to rub on areas - both good!

Yes, it is expensive, but take some of the oil orally when having a flare-up of my COPD, and it actually helps!

As others have stated, be cautious of where you buy it. Would do your research to find the best quality.
