Hi has anyone else with copd having eye problems,my eyesight seems to be getting worse,it’s like I’ve got grit in my eyes,I take tears natural in the day and lactalube in the night, I’m just curious has anybody else got any problems and is there any connection.

Some of the muscarinic agents we use can affect vision. Check your meds and the side effects of each one. If you're having eye problems, see an ophthalmologist and be sure to tell them all the meds you're taking, including all your inhalers. There are some things they can do to help. And some of the things you're talking about could be other problems and not have anything to do with COPD. So get checked out!

Most COPD meds cause eye troubles. Mine have gotten worse. To the point where i have to have a doctor's letter sent to state so I can continue driving.
