Lift................. Has Anyone Researched Or Joined Liftpulmonaryrehab.com For Help With COPD Excercises?
I have a number of friends who use it and believe it to be a big help in maintaining their exercise habit. I was privileged to be one of the people who gave them feedback on the project as they were developing it. I just did a webinar for them on traveling with O2, so I'm very familiar with the site. I do recommend it.
I use home rehab.LYFT it's great you get out of it what you put in .I all ways feel better afterward, maybe a little sore but better. You can go at your own rate .They offer a free trial 7 days.try it nothing to lose I did then signed up.Breathe Free
I have tried it and it seems to help. Give it a try and see how you feel about it.
Works well for me.been on it a couple months now.
I joined Lift Pulmonary Rehab about 3 weeks ago for one month and so far have no regrets. Once my month is over I'll sign up for the 6 month program.
I'm on oxygen 24/7, on a walker due to severe back problems and do very little driving. I can fallow the classes on my computer and get the help with endurance, breathing technics etc.,. In the past I have been twice to a pulmonary rehab, the first one was excellent but I didn't get much out on the last one and no comparison to Lift.
Now I can do it in the convenience of my home and work it in to my schedule.
I highly recommend it and if you don't like it you're out $10.00, so not much to loose.
Good luck and breath easy.
I highly recommend it !
