Was put on low dose digoxin 10 days ago. Not feeling any better i fact worse have specialist appointment on the 7th..wondering if all the rain has effected me.

That depends on how bad it is and who your doc is. Some docs are more aggressive than others. For mild pulmonary hypertension caused by COPD, most docs do very little it anything. There are some meds that work if it's more advanced.
