Anybody Tried Salt Cave Therapy. Going This Thursday. For The First Time Was R Commended This By My Physical Therapy Guy.
When I called for an appointment they said they have someone else with COPD that has been coming ther now for thre months and doing ver well. Anxious to see if it helps the ambulator6 breathing and bring up my o2 after my latest exacerbation that dropped it significantly
I read that pink himalayan rock salt is helpful for COPD... Bought some don't know how to use in my portanebuliser
Thanks Czarina, I think I will avoid the salt caves. I am so sorry for your bad experience afterwards. As far as the salt lamps, which I absolutely adore and have a couple of them, when I have them on, my eyes have a burning sensation, and tear up all the time.
I was told the sal lamps really are not to help breathing just clean the air who knows. I did not do well after the salt cave. The next day I could not breathe. I read where if you have severe COPD on the internet and the pamphlet at the salt cave you should not do it. I have severe COPD when I asked she said oh that is only if you need to use oxygen. I am skipping the cave. Maybe need more than once is what they say but I am too nervous since what I experienced the day after
I have 5 salt lamps in my Home in every room they do nothing for me.They are always on. with the salt caves you may have better Luck.. The Best to you .
Keep me posted, on your advancement please Czarina...
