CBD oil is legal because it contains a very small amount of THC which is the chemical that gets you high. CBDs are what you want for health benefits. I bought some CBD oil in Florida from a chiropractor. I did not get high at all from it. It is a thick oil that looks like honey. It has a eyedropper and you place about 10 drops under your tongue. I haven't tried it for shortness of breath but I will right now as I had an episode while outside trying to dig up a few flowers. I was extremely SOB and my heart rate was over 140. It is quite depressing.

It amazes me how many people try to justify using illegal drugs to counteract or help them with an illness/ disorder. I do not feel that use of illegal drugs is the answer.

BabsWalker, hi! It does help you? I haven't used it enough to tell. I know it relaxes me. Mine is called Diamond CBD oil and they ship all over the world. Google it. They can tell you if it is legal where you live. Good luck!!
