I have the backpack for the Inogen One G2. It's heavy and bulky, but it does work, if you have the shoulder and upper body strength to carry it. I met a woman who has modified a Vera Bradley backpack to accommodate her POC (not an Inogen), including putting mesh in the appropriate places. It was very stylish and worked well for her. You'd need to be a good seamstress to do it, but what a great idea!

I have the Inogen 4. It has a carrying case. I use it across my chest, I forget I even have it on. I have tanks and a big concentrator for inside the house. I have a 50 ft. tube that I can carry around with me. I have it wrapped up and held with a twist tie.

I do not have the Inogen One but I am currently using a Backpack on found on Amazon made for the M6 cylinder and I love it. It has enabled me to be more productive without having move the cylinder bag from one shoulder to the other and then having it flop in my way anyway. I am also looking into an Inogen One and hope to save enough money to be able to purchase on by the summer... Until then I'll keep using my M6 and Backpack. Good luck.

We bought the back pack and husband won't use it. He doesn't like that it is much larger than the over the shoulder bag. You can buy a vented backpack at walmart or kmart that you can put your unit into. I think it would be just as good. Just clean your filters often.
