AYR is a Saline Nasal Mist or gel. I prefer the mist as it goes all the way through the sinuses and cleans every thing out so I have less sinus infections.

Try using Ayr, you can get a small tube. They say if you are on O2 you should not use petroleum jelly.

I use Secaris. It's a nasal gel that helps with dry nose.

@A MyCOPDTeam Member, I find saline nasal spray helps, can buy this just about anyway.

I had to start using the little water humidifier on my concentrator or my nose would get all dried out and it would bleed. My doctor did give me a little sample of Ayr and my oxygen provider came me a sample of INZO Barrier Cream.
