Feeling Light Headed All The Time
I keep feeling light headed and when i walk i feel i want to pass out has anyone else felt like this with having copd is this normal for copd suffers
Light headness may be caused by your blood oxgen dropping below 90. Yes you will pass out when it gets in the low 70's etc. and you can die. Buy yourself one of the blood ox meters. Walmart sells them at the pharmacy. Check your blood oxygen regularly and if it drops below 90 you need to get to the doctor or ER.
I just read that some inhalers can have that effect. You should read all the adverse effects on your meds, that could be the problem. Also, talk to your Dr.
I was in the car with my husband for one and a half hours, when we arrived I got out my head started to spin I just knew I did not feel (right) my husband put me back in the car 5 minutes later felt ok,I always drink water in the car ( I do not drive ) but can only think is was caused by sitting too long,
You mean he did call to have you taken to the ER to make sure you were OK to even drive home. I'd get another doctor ASAP. Your oxygen could of fallen very low which deprives the brain and causes dizzyingness to the point of passing out...dangerous.
Drink water! And if you are hungry that can cause it. Try getting up slower also.
