Unsighly Bruising.

A MyCOPDTeam Member asked a question 💭
Menifee, CA

This is all new to me since I just joined the team a few days ago but I already have a question .....
I have unsightly bruising on my arms and it has gotten worse in just the last couple of months.
I take 4 mg of Prednisone almost every day, trying my best to wean down but unable to do it just yet.
My next appointment with my pulmonary is in 3 weeks.
Does anyone have the same problem ????
Thank you for letting me talk about it !

So true, I never had thrush nor do I want to, so I rinse and rinse to prevent it.
Yes, moisturizing helps.

Hi there, all the above is good, plus at night I rub in a good moisturizer seems to speed up recovery of bruises.
