I have very different instructions and names for my use of oxygen. The concentrator is the machine that makes the oxygen for use in the home with the tubes. One long tube goes from the concentrator to your cannula (the tube that goes on your nose and over your ears). The cannula is to be replaced every two weeks and the tubing from the concentrator to your cannula is replaced approximately each three months. These are the instructions from my Health Care supplier.

It's the same for me. My supplier also installed inline filters with one coming off the concentrator and one at the end of the line where the cannula connects and all gets changed and unit inspected every 3 months.

If you have problems with moisture in your tubing ask your supply people to bring you a water trap I use one the moisture goes into the trap you empty that out. You want have any kinda of problems.

I change the concentrator once a month, but during the winter, with the humidifier putting water in the tubing, , I have to blow moisture out of the tubing every day, so I change the tubing often, cause I don't want mod to build up in it.. I change my nose and ear piece, when it becomes stiff... If you have a nebulizer, you can use it to blow water out of your tubing
