Hi Barbie, COPD is a living nightmare at times, When i was first diagnosed in 2011, I couldn`t even walk the length of myself , Then I was sent to a pulmonary clinic , My dr,s havent even mentioned a transplant,I had a shadow, & pnumio? i cannot spell it lol They gave me exercises , which i done & a lot more , I have a youngster to look out for , I am also a widow, my hubby passed 2010 from Lung Cancer, Life is a roller coaster if its not 1 thing its always another, Thank fully i always look to the positive side of everything , That keeps me going also , It would of been so easy to throw the towel in so to speak , Now am glad i never, I have a dog also, she is 9 now, and needs out, I cannot get her trained to use the loo lol :) Last year was a nightmare year , I came across something called Black Seed Oil , & now i even have some colour back in my cheeks, This oil , cures all bar death, sound grim, but it has giving me back a great quality of life compared to how i was , The only habit i cannot stop is smoking , I have had a lot of habits over my years, & even wonder, how i am still here sometimes, but again thank fully i am living proof things can get better, with little steps at a time, I have cut right down on smoking but still crave more, when i do get bad cravings il do some thing IE take the dog a walk , I even take my youngster too school in the mornings, & take the dog her big walk then, Last year it felt like i was on antibiotics forever and a lot of steroids, When i first started having to take the steroids , I did not take them as my hubby had them for a few months before he passed, & i think that is what scared me, until it was properly explained i was to take them to help me breath, they also made me go to fast i did not like that as i have a fast metabolism , without any thing making me go faster , now though if i feel low i will take them only half of what is prescribed,..
Sending you lots of healing thoughts, & prayers , keep strong

Do you have a physical therapist? If not, get a prescription from your doctor to cover a full year of PT. Those folks work wonders!

Yes, I have heard of Black seed oil before, as I am continually researching the interent for natural remedies, at present I am also taking Boswellia. I would like to find out where I can obtain the Black Seed Oil in Queensland Australia.
Karen I would be so pleased as to how you have been using the Black oil?

I get a lot of back pain . I blame on my lungs . If it is really cold it can be like carrying 2 sacks of potatoes , instead of lungs . I have been really ill last year having a shadow and punomia . &1 infection after the other. I came across Black Seed oil & I believe this has helped me . Thankfully the shadow is gone & so has the punomia . Gd luck
