Difference Between Speriva Handi Haler And Speriva Respimat

Is the Respimat Speriva newer than The Handi haler. Which does more members like.

It would be @A MyCOPDTeam Member, I would have to pay 95 for it even if medicare is paying prescriptions. Try the company that makes them they have a program for low income. Hope that helps!

I have done the Handi haler for 6-7 yrs.Am now using Respimat, I like the new one much better. On difficult days the blast is easier. No fussing with setting it up or forgetting haler at home.

The handihaler is a dry powder med, the respimat is a mist. Generally the mist is much easier to take and give the same inhalation effort, probably gets farther into the lungs.

@A MyCOPDTeam Member, actually I did give up and went to just Spiriva. The Respimat makes me cough so I loss the medicine I need. What am I doing wrong ugh frustrating

Puzzling I never had a problem with changing.I feel Respimat get where should be unlike spiriva when didnt feel it was getting where it was needed.Hope you didnt give up,maybe try repriming it.
