Why, When I Have Done Too Much, And Cant Move An Inch Because I Am Deperately Trying To Breathe.....do I Really Really Need The Bathroom ?
Check your O2 saturation levels with your oximeter. Chances are, they are way low, and that's why your bladder (and sometimes bowels) is giving you signals. When we run ourselves out of O2, the body automatically sends what it has to critical centers, and the bladder ain't one of them. You need supplemental O2 for those times, and probably for times when you feel sob but aren't in dire straits as you describe. Talk with your doc, get an oximeter, and if you qualify for O2, use it! Running yourself to those low levels of O2 is a guarantee that you have a 100% chance of developing right heart failure (cor pulmonale) and/or brain damage. You really don't want either.
I had the same thing...on more oxygen always when I'm walking , cooking, any thing active up the oxygen. I didn't need to get to bathroom so bad and I needed it for #1 & # 2. I up the oxygen for shower too.
Hope your better...breath easy
