Oil of oregano is a very powerful antioxidant. You need to find certified organic Mediterranean oregano oil. It is antibacterial and antifungal. Very powerful for many uses. 2 drops under the tongue with a glass of water. You can Google oil of oregano for copd and find lots of info....yes I use it for home remedy as.well as NAC supplements.

There is a theory,that COPD is caused by a Pathogen, and that the Oregano oil will kill the fungus pathogen, if it is taken long enough and starved of sugar.

I am not sure how it helps. I have a mucous problem so I think that is what it might help. My doc said that one of her patients uses it and said I could try it. Of course she did not offer any info about it.
