Air quality index can help guide you as to which days might be best to get outside and exercise and play. There's an app for that. Use your rescue inhaler before you set out on a questionable day. But get out there even if you sneeze a little. With COPD its always a training day for your lungs.

Yes my doctor has be on Nadine all year and zyrtic as needed, but sometimes the flare ups still happen.
