Where Can I Buy Soft Cannulas With The Nose "prongs" Close Together So I Can Turn Them Up Instead Of Down?

I injured my nose - each nostril differently. It's much easier for me to breathe with the prongs facing up in my nostrils. And I have always used WestMed. Can't find their products and the ones I'm getting now are very stiff and spaced wider apart. Its a serious problem for me. I haven't checked if there are ones for children - perhaps that might work.

For me, I have to avoid all dairy except butter because my body will produce so much mucus for a couple of days after eating it. I switched to vanilla almond milk and SO coconut milk ice cream.

If it were Mr, I'd take a few puffs of my albutoral inhaler. Drink lots to help thin the mucus. It's good to cough up that mucus. This is just what I think. Feel better.

I Am So Confused. I Have No Idea If I Have Asthma, COPD, Emphysema Or What. The Dr Says He Thinks It’s Asthma. I Was Given Symbicort.

I had COVID in Dec then RSV at end of Jan. My primary diagnosed me because I had hyperinflated lungs on cxr. Sent me for a PFT and this is where I stand now. He said we would come up with a plan. I guess the Symbicort is! I do feel like I can’t get a deep breath at times and o2 sat on Apple Watch has dropped down in the 80’s Any suggestions or words of advice of what I should do next?
