Can I Go To The Spa And Steam, Sauna And Cold Plunge?

I guess you can... We all react differently to humidity, heat, and cold. I'm sure someone probably still does do it.

I know some people with COPD sill swim, but I can't do it. Although I can go and sit in a sauna for 30 mins and build up a good sweat. But, there is No Way on the cold plunge for me. I hate the cold, had to work out in it too many years.

You know your body and how you handle those things. You're just going to have to test and see what or how much you can handle.

Cold conditions for me makes my lungs shut down I have to wear a heated coat or my heart races and I gasp for air it's awful. Be careful

Ummmm, I wouldn't, but then I have some other issues too. Best bet is to check with your pulmo Doc. And oh yes, as Victoria3 mentioned..... about those pesky germs....
