How Do You Cope With Depression If You Live Alone And Can’t Get Out?

I live alone mostly, my husband works on the road and is gone a lot. I have 3 German Shepherds, 2 horses and 4 parrots. I live on a 11 acre hobby farm. It sure keeps me busy! Sometimes too busy. If I have a flare up I have to depend on friends to help me. I hate that. My animals are a lot of company and the unconditional love fills a lonely void! You might want to save a little friend from humane Society. Even parrots, hundreds of them looking for a buddy! And they TALK to you! My African Grey talks as much as I do! And that's a lot! Keep in touch and let me know how you're doing.
