Hi Bob. The last INHALERS for COPD were released in 2016 ( Breztri - misted spray) and then 2017 ( Trelegy - powdered). The newest treatment is NOT an inhaler format - but is given as an IV infusion and only as an Add-on - not for Full control.

While there have been some shifts in using INhaled technology for other conditions (even Covid treatment), keeping our condition stable STILL revolves around the many established products (like Albuterol or Steroids) along with the "COMBO" brands above.
