Who Has Unbearable Pain In Posterior And Lower Anterior Ribs, Worsened By Activity,and What Do You Think Is The Cause?

Can it be inflammation even with daily Prednisone? Rib flair? How can this be diagnosed? Not only do my intercostals hurt, but it is painful to touch the bones also. Anyone else? All I use is heat and ice.

I have this..Costeochrondritis. Ice works best for me 2-3 x day. If you can take anti-inflammatory like Advil, that’s very helpful. I can only take Tylenol. CBD cream helps some. Or any other the counter creams
