I have a lot of bruising! All over my forearms. It’s pretty bad. I won’t wear short sleeves. My pulmonologist says it may be from the steroids, or the aspirin I take daily. Went to dermatologists he really had no answer, just it’s prob a med your taking????? Thanks a lot doc. IDK but I hate it! They’re very ugly. Hey. Happy to still be here, ugly arms and all 😉

THIS is your best clue. In general, WE do have more red blood cells due to lower dissolved oxygen levels. This shows up as high HCT levels on the simple blood labs we take every few months:

Have a chat with your Doc to make sure the bruising is not also related to other Vitamin issues or serious circulation problems. be Well.
